Irish Pride BBQ competition with Calor 2018 Week 7 Winning Burger Recipe

Irish Pride Moroccan Spiced Lamb Burger 

Ingredients:

 Irish Pride Burger Buns 1.5lbs Minced Lamb (Shoulder is good) 1 teasp of each, Cumin, Ground Coriander, Smoked Paprika, Garam Masala & Oregano. 2 cloves Garlic 1 small Onion finely chopped 1 tablesp Honey Juice 1/2 Lemon Lettuce leaves Seasoning (Honey Chilli Tzatziki) 1/4 Cucumber (scoop out the seeds) then grate 200g Greek style Natural Yoghurt 2 tablesp. Fresh Mint chopped 1/2 Red Chilli finely chopped 1 teasp Honey Juice 1/2 Lemon 

To Prepare:

Mix the lamb, all the herbs garlic onion, honey & lemon juice. shape into burgers. Leave in the fridge until ready to cook. Mix the grated Cucumber, yoghurt, mint, chilli, honey & lemon juice together. Heat the Bbq before cooking. Cook the burgers for approx 8mins each side. Heat the buns on the bbq. Add the burgers to buns with lots of Tzatziki & Lettuce leaves
