Floury Bap Steak Sandwich


Preparation Method:

Cook steak to your liking.

For the sauce:

  1. Mix a tablespoon of Dijon Mustard, 2 tablespoons of Crème Fraiche and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
  2. Combine these ingredients and sautée with some mushrooms and onions.
  3. To assemble the sandwich, place steak on the toasted floury bap and top with mushrooms and onions in dressing.
