Ingredients:
- 1 Steak
- 2 mushrooms
- ½ onion
- Crème Fraiche
- Dijon mustard
- Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Irish Pride Floury Bap
Preparation Method:
Cook steak to your liking.
For the sauce:
- Mix a tablespoon of Dijon Mustard, 2 tablespoons of Crème Fraiche and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
- Combine these ingredients and sautée with some mushrooms and onions.
- To assemble the sandwich, place steak on the toasted floury bap and top with mushrooms and onions in dressing.
