Cajun Venision with Mint Leaf Salad Burger
Venison Cajun Rub
Limes Fresh mint leaves
Olive oil Chorizo
Cover venison with Cajun rub and olive oil.
Roast in the oven and finish on the BBQ
Sautée slices of Chorizo.
Finely chop the mint and mix with lime juice and olive oil.
Mix with a selection of peas and beans.
Top the salad with the chorizo.
Slice the venison and serve on the rolls with mayo.
