Ingredients:
- Tuna
- Semi-sundried tomatoes
- Parmesan
- Basil Pesto
- Ballymaloe Relish
- 2 slices of Irish Pride Healthy Grain
Preparation Method:
- Take two slices of Irish Pride Healthy Grain.
- Spread one slice with basil pesto and the second with Ballymaloe Country Relish.
- Then top with tuna, semi-sundried tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
- Place under the grill until toasted
