Top with fresh tamotoe, mushrooms, herbs of choce and cheese.
Place back under the grill for a few minutes until cheese is golden, eat and enjoy,
For the sauce: 1 TBSP of Tamatoe Puree, 6 Tamatoes, Hebs of your choice, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 TBSP of Paprika. Mix altogether and season with black pepper. Reduce down the tamaotoe sauce mixture in a saucepan, on a low heat for 10 minutes then blitz the mixture until smooth. Depending on how many pizzas you are making you can increase or decreae the ingredients.
