Irish Pride 'Better with Both' Bread
Pesto
Pickles ( gherkins)
Peppery rocket
Peppers (roasted)
Parma Ham
Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Method:
Twist on the tradition 'Ham & Cheese' I've created the 'P, P, P, P, Perfect Sandwich with Irish Pride'. (everything begins with P!) Roast the peppers. Slice the pickles. Grate the parmesan. Spread the pesto on the Better with Both Bread. Top with the pickles, peppery rocket, parma ham, peppers and parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
