Recipe Name: Irish Pride Cauliflower and Chickpea Burger
Recipe:
1 Cauliflower (head)
1 can of chickpeas rinsed and drained
1 red Bell pepper
1 small onion 1tsp cumin & 1 tsp Turmeric
salt and pepper to season
Serve with onion peppers tomatoes cooked on BBQ
Prepare:
Boil cauliflower until nice and soft sauté onion and pepper over a low heat until soft add garlic and sauté for another minute In a large bowl, smash chickpeas up well with a fork then add the cauliflower and smash also. Add all other ingredients and stir until combined. The mix should be wet but come together in a ball without falling apart. carefully make a ball in your hands with the mix. Cook on bbq and cook for 25 minutes, flipping occasionally or until browned Delicious with a burger bun and some ketchup or mayo
