Skin Smoother Sandwich

Avocado stimulates the production of collagen, smoothing out wrinkles!

Ingredients
- 2 Slices of Healthy Grain bread
- Ripe Avocado
- Lemon Juice
- Low Fat Spread
- Salt and Pepper
- Ground Cumin
- Freshly chopped Coriander
Preparation Method
- Peel a ripe avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and a dusting of ground cumin and blend.
- Spread avocado mix on Healthy Grain bread, which has been lightly brushed with low-fat spread.
- Top with a generous layer of chopped fresh coriander.
- Top with another slice of Healthy Grain Sandwich to serve as a closed sandwich.
