Avocado stimulates the production of collagen, smoothing out wrinkles!

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of Healthy Grain bread
  • Ripe Avocado
  • Lemon Juice
  • Low Fat Spread
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Ground Cumin
  • Freshly chopped Coriander

Preparation Method

  • Peel a ripe avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and a dusting of ground cumin and blend.
  • Spread avocado mix on Healthy Grain bread, which has been lightly brushed with low-fat spread.
  • Top with a generous layer of chopped fresh coriander.
  • Top with another slice of Healthy Grain Sandwich  to serve as a closed sandwich.
